I took my wife and grandson to this clinic recently. They both had a painful knee. We arrived late afternoon. The waiting room was full. Total time spent at the clinic was almost three hours. The staff were courteous, the doctor was kind and thorough. He sent them both for an ultrasound.Yes, three hours is a long time, but it's still way better than waiting 2 or 3 weeks to see our family doctor. There has been a shortage of doctors in SK for a number of years. This is the unfortunate reality that all clinics are struggling with. Rather than criticize and complain, we are grateful that we can walk into a clinic -- without an appointment -- and be seen by a competent doctor within 2 to 3 hours.

Staff is friendly and honest about wait time. Advised people to come back in an hour as opposed to not being able to leave. This was very helpful for my 2 yr as they are hard to entertain. Doctor was very polite and attentive and compassionate about the wait time. I have been to this clinic many times and have had a consistently good experience given the circumstances of having to go to a mediclinic

Staff were so patient and nice with everyone even though it seems so busy and hectic. The doctor was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed out the door.We waited a long time but that is everywhere right now. Other places everyone looks grumpy. Not that I blame them but I appreciate that the staff were still smiling into the afternoon.

Way too slow. Don’t tell me 1.5 hours and have it take well over 2.5. And I am sorry but a bloody appointment can wait a bit for some of us that have been hear forever. 2 doctors is ridiculous

Gave a urine sample at 9am, told an hour and a half wait, get called into a room at 10:44, and there I sit for another hour and a half. People that were still in the waiting area when I went in had come and gone ahead of me. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Doctor comes in for two minutes to ask me a couple questions a write me a prescription...this literally couple been a 5 min phone call and saved us both time, and me money from missing work.

Dr. Painchaud was amazing. Listened to my concerns and was very easy to talk to! Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him!

Only waited about 35 mins which is fast for a weekend walk-in. Staff was great, Dr Lange was really friendly and thorough, explained everything to me and asked lots of questions. Young female nurse patched me up and both were very welcoming and great to deal with

Wow! what an incredible staff, they were being pushed by everyone and everything and not one of them got rude, snappy or disrespectful. They said the wait would be 3 hours (which was understandable) and I was seen in 2 hours and 25 minutes. My finger was cleaned, stitched and not once did I feel I was being pushed, the nurse and doctor explained every thing that I needed to do when returning home. Please give this staff the accolades they deserve.
