Dr. Wahid is an amazing Doctor. We all know how hard it is to find a Dr or to have a Dr call you back right away. Dr. Wahid's receptionist was wonderful over the phone, I thought it would take a couple of days for Dr. to call me back but it only took a couple of hours. Also, I really appreciate how his receptionist always calls me to give me the heads up about Dr. Wahid's call. I'm also grateful for how Dr. Wahid always takes his time talking to me. I never had a Dr. where I didn't feel like I was being rushed to get off the phone or leave the office quickly. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Wahid.Thank you very much for your kind heart!Tatyana M

Like any walk-in clinic, it can be difficult to get an appointment, but I choose to make appointments here every time, even if it takes several days to get through. I am always treated with kindness and respect.Dr. Wahid has helped me a couple of times now, and he is wonderful. He is extremely honest in such a graceful and sympathic way, and I am so grateful to have received his help and advice.All of the receptionists have also spoken to me with nothing but kindness and patience as well.Doctors offices often intimdate me, but everyone who works at this clinic makes me feel safe and comfortable.

Dr. Wahid will hang up the phone on you and so will the receptionist with an accent!! Receptionist claims doctor would never hang up the phone but then she does the same thing after I ask her a question she doesn’t want to give me an answer to. She is the one that left me a voicemail to call the clinic in the first place! Dr wahid had no empathy towards what I explained was going on. Told me I needed to “manage” my anxiety as if that’s not what I am already trying to do. Questioned that I understood anything he was talking about but then expected me to know all about medical information that any person would not typically know. Complained to me about why another doctor was prescribing me XYZ when he did not agree but took credit for saying he suggested certain things that he liked but were actually suggested by the other doctor. I am seriously questioning where he received his education because the fact that he thought woman’s menstrual cycles MUST be every 28 days is very concerning.

Doctor and receptionist were both super friendly. I was able to get the prescription I needed over the phone the next day. Thank you for making this simple when it's currently super difficult to see a doctor in Victoria.

They know how to take the appointment, they just don't know how to KEEP the appointment. And that's really the important part--the keeping. Anybody can take them....This post refers to the appointment that was made for a telehealth appointment--but did not happen because the appointment was not KEPT. No phone call cancelling. No nothing. It looked like a doctor was going to be there to manage a medical condition. No doctor. Now they are closed. Nice.

Said I would receive a call between 1pm-5pm for walk-in. Never did and the clinic is now closed. That is already a large window of time.I understand that they may be backed up, but maybe it would be best if they did not try to call patients before asking them to come in person; they are obviously doing this to double bill and make more money off of a single patient.

Dr Waheed is very Professional and caring. So far He is the Best in whole Victoria.

The receptionists are very nice, and the doctor was nice, and I did feel he cared, my issue was I needed paper work filled out for a leave from work, and he said he would do it for $200. I declined and I went to uptown clinic, and the doctor happily filled out my forms for free. So while this clinic is great for other things, not helpful when you need paper work done.

This Indian lady told me a doctor would call me back tomorrow (Friday) to prescribe me medication for my strep.I waited Friday until 1:30 then I called back and the same person answered and said id have to wait till Monday for a call. This Indian lady shouldn’t even be working there. She has no clue what’s going on. Horrible job done by her

I called as soon as the phone lines opened and was only on hold for maybe 20 seconds before the receptionist set up an appointment for me. I'm very happy with the professionalism and speed. The doctor made me a perception and was happy to explain what the drugs were for and how to take/use them. One of the best clinic experiences I've had in Victoria.
